We're sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please understand what happens when you delete your account.
What happens when you delete your account
- • Your personal information and profile will be deleted
- • All consultation history and chat messages will be removed
- • Your health records and uploaded documents will be deleted
- • Any wallet balance will be forfeited (withdraw first!)
- • You will not be able to recover your account
- • The email/phone used cannot be reused for a new account
6-Day Grace Period
After you submit this request, your account will be scheduled for deletion in 6 days. During this period, you can log into the app to cancel the deletion. After 6 days, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
